Vision and Values
The Wolfreton Way
As a school at the heart of our community, Wolfreton has seen generations of families attend and share in our story since the school first opened in 1959. As a community, we want our young people to thrive; we want them to experience life and learning, find their passions, enjoy success, and most of all, to be happy and proud of who they become.
Our Vision
Shaping Positive Futures
Our Mission
We put our students first. We have a supportive, yet challenging environment to allow everyone in our school community to:
Flourish and believe that they have every chance of success.
Work together, through our values, so that they can achieve more than can be done individually.
Work within a supportive culture where taking appropriate risk is seen as a strength.
Be proud of themselves, their peers, our Trust, and our local communities.
Our Values
The values that guide us are known as The Wolfreton Way:
Excellence: We aim to inspire – to be the best we can be
Endeavour: We promote the qualities of determination and courage
Respect: We are firm advocates of friendship and equality
Our values came from our students and staff; they were inspired by the Olympic movement and communicate the character traits and behaviours that we know we must stand by to realise our potential and achieve our ambitions.
