A Level Results Day 2021
At Wolfreton we are delighted to be celebrating alongside our students who have received their A Level and BTEC results today. Their determined efforts, working alongside their staff and with the unwavering support of their families and friends, has paid off and made today a special day that marks not only what has been achieved but also new beginnings that have been secured.
Miss Kukuc, Headteacher, joined students in school today to celebrate their achievements; ‘I would like to congratulate all students receiving results today. Across a challenging period, all of our students have shown courage and resilience, putting in the work needed to achieve these grades today. We are all very proud of our Year 13 cohort. Throughout their time in Sixth Form, they have learned much in their chosen subjects but have also perfected some fantastic independent learning and remote collaborative skills that will serve them well in the years to come. All students have risen to the challenges at each twist and turn and therefore it is particularly pleasing to see so many of our students to have secured their chosen destinations today’.
Mrs Taylor, Assistant Headteacher (Head of Sixth Form) said ‘We are delighted that our students have been rewarded for their efforts and it is great to hear about all of their onward future plans.’
Thank you to all of our Sixth Form students leaving us today. Our Year 13 students have been such an important part of the Wolfreton family – we will miss them all hugely but look forward to hearing of the adventures and successes they will have in the years to come.
