The trip started with a late morning arrival, when students were taken to the ski hire to organise boots, skis and helmets. Lunch was provided followed by checking in at the hotel. The first evening ended with a quiz and an early night, ready for the skiing ahead. Each day followed a routine of breakfast, followed by an equipment check. There were two hours of morning skiing followed by lunch then two more hours on the slopes in smaller, ability based, groups. Evening entertainment was varied and included karaoke, a pizza evening, a visit to an ice cream parlour, presentation, disco and bowling.
