Panathlon success
Panathlon is a charity that provides sporting opportunities to over 17,500 disabled young competitors every year. Over 1,000 schools across the country take part in ‘mini Paralympic’ multi-sport competitions for secondary or primary school children, along with dedicated football, boccia and swimming programmes.
Congratulations to our students who were runners-up in the 2019 East Riding Panathlon Challenge. Mr Thornham said ‘Our students represented Wolfreton brilliantly, it’s great to see this sporting opportunity being made available to all and the students delight in their success was fantastic to see.’
