Congratulations to Year 8 student Katherine Arksey who has won Gold at the Yorkshire U19 Bronze, a Badminton England competition. She won another Gold in Mixed Doubles with sixth former Tom Burkhill. Earlier in December she also won Gold at an U15 tournament in Nottingham. Katherine has been using the school facilities to practise and this seems to be working well. We wish her every success in her upcoming competitions.
