There is no internet connection at Rushanje, emails are sent and received from a site in the
Airmail takes a few days (usually about a week)
surface mail can take up to three weeks to arrive
The mail is not delivered directly to the school but has to be collected from the town which is 50 km away. This can add several days to the delivery times
Telephone / Fax
A telephone link has recently been installed which is fairly reliable during the evening. This is powered by a car battery. Remember that Uganda is 2 hours infront of the UK
