Welcome to Wolfreton School and Sixth Form College. We are a large, successful secondary school serving the Haltemprice area of the East Riding of Yorkshire. We have over 1500 students, including a Sixth Form of around 175, with our fantastic building housing the whole school population on one purpose built site on Well Lane in Willerby. As part of The Consortium Academy Trust, we are ambitious about the future - creating learning environments and excellence in teaching and learning that provide our children and young people with the best chance at a successful future.

Our mission statement is very simple, ‘We aim to enable every young person to fulfil their academic potential, providing the foundations for them to excel in all that they do and to leave prepared to achieve all their ambitions’.  Working together we are focused on enabling our students to be the best that they can be. We are very pleased that the vast majority of our top performing GCSE students choose to continue their education in our Sixth Form College and, equally, we are proud that each year our A level students secure a place of their choice when applying to university.

We are a large school which enables us to offer a broad and balanced curriculum and a wide range of enrichment opportunities.  Our excellent sporting facilities are being well used by both students and many local community groups.  We also work hard to ensure that all young people are known and valued individuals, something our well-established House and pastoral structure permits.
