The aim is that you will have access to the recipes that your son or daughter will be using in Year 7, 8 and 9. This webpage replaces the traditional recipe books which were printed for each student.
As we aim to become a more environmentally friendly school, anything we can do to reduce the use of paper etc is a bonus. If your child is away or unsure of ingredients that they need to complete their practical lesson, you can use the site to confirm the ingredients that are required.
Please note that it is not school policy to provide ingredients for practical lessons due to the storage and logistical problems created when dealing with the large number of students who complete practical lessons in a single day. It is also expected that students supply their own clean aprons for practical work.
